- Your Email Address
- The Name of the Artist Signature requested (If Signature Series).

- CGC certified
- CGC Signature Series certified
COMPLETE SUBMISSION FORM
Email a copy of the completed form to us and include a printed copy with your submission. Upon receiving your submission in-hand from the mail. We will send out an invoice via PayPal to your email.
